These terms apply to your use of Being Your Guide and to travel requests or bookings made through the site. The booking summary and any supplier-specific conditions shown before confirmation form part of your agreement.

Prices and availability

Travel prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed. Estimates are based on the dates, travellers and services selected. Taxes, supplier charges or optional extras are included only when shown in the booking summary.

Traveller responsibilities

You are responsible for entering accurate traveller details, reviewing names and dates before payment, and obtaining required passports, visas, health documents and permissions. Supplier rules may prevent corrections after confirmation.

Travel suppliers

Flights, accommodation and transfers may be fulfilled by independent suppliers. Their fare, baggage, check-in, conduct, change, cancellation and refund rules also apply. We assist with coordination but do not control a supplier's operations or availability.

Payments and confirmation

A payment acknowledgement is not a booking confirmation unless a confirmed itinerary or booking reference is issued. If a service cannot be confirmed, we will contact you about available alternatives or the applicable refund process.

Changes and disruptions

Schedules and services may change for operational, safety, weather or regulatory reasons. We will provide available information and assistance, while remedies remain subject to the relevant supplier conditions and applicable law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, interfere with availability or use automated methods that place unreasonable load on the service.
