We use this information to provide requested services, obtain availability and prices, complete and support bookings, communicate important updates, prevent misuse, maintain security, comply with legal obligations and improve our services.

Travel suppliers and service providers

Information required to fulfil a request may be shared with airlines, hotels, transfer providers, travel-technology suppliers, payment providers and communications or hosting providers. These parties receive only the information needed for their role and may apply their own privacy terms.

Payments

Payment details are submitted to the payment provider used during checkout. We retain booking references, payment status and transaction information needed for reconciliation and support, rather than complete card credentials.
